You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person or business may not maintain multiple accounts.
Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. False or misleading information may result in listing removal. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion.
Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. Fake reviews, spam, or harassment will be removed and may result in account suspension. Business owners may not post reviews for their own businesses.
Premium listing subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. Premium features include priority placement and enhanced visibility. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
Users may not post illegal content, harassment, spam, malware, or content that infringes intellectual property rights. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
LocalBiza is a directory platform and does not guarantee the quality of listed businesses. We are not liable for any transactions between users and businesses found on our platform.
